HRIS Analyst Level 3

Key Responsibilities Strategic Consultation: Partner with HR and business leaders to understand needs, document requirements, and provide data-driven recommendations. Analytics Development: Translate business requirements into impactful reports and dashboards that enable organizational insights. Collaboration: Work closely with HR Technology, IT, and stakeholders to ensure data integrity and robust analytics solutions. Workday Reporting/Analytics Configuration: Configure Workday dashboards, reports, Discovery Boards, and other people analytics tools as needed. Provide training and troubleshoot issues on these tools. Standards & Governance: Establish and maintain standards for people analytics, collaborating with HR partners to centralize metric definitions. Privacy & Security: Partner with HR, Ethics & Compliance, Data Privacy, and Legal to uphold data privacy and security standards. Mentorship: Guide team members on best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Skills: Minimum 3 years of experience configuring Workday dashboards, reporting, Discovery Boards, Prism, and/or People Analytics. Preferred Qualifications Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Experience designing and implementing dashboards in other analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Project management experience with multiple priorities and stakeholders. Familiarity with configuration of the full Workday HCM suite. Continuous improvement mindset.
