Role description
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Numerical Data Specialist with a passion for working with large datasets to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing highly sensitive employee data and must have the ability to export, manipulate, maintain, and validate datasets from three different systems β Workday, SAP, and PeopleSoft.
Responsibilities:
β’ Export, manipulate, maintain, and validate datasets from Workday, SAP, and PeopleSoft systems.
β’ Work with mass numerical datasets ranging from 1,000 to 70,000 records of highly sensitive employee information.
β’ Resolve data differencing issues with urgency to ensure deadlines are met and escalate when necessary.
β’ Utilize advanced Excel skills, including functions, macros, v-lookups, pivot tables, and visualizations.
β’ Demonstrate keen attention to detail when working with sensitive internal employee data.
Preferred Skills (for all roles):
β’ Strong analytical skills.
β’ Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions.
β’ Keen attention to detail.
β’ Organizational and consultative skills.
β’ Benefits and HRIS knowledge (Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft) is a plus but not required.
Requirements:
β’ Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Mathematics.
β’ Advanced Excel skills (functions, macros, v-lookups, pivot tables, visualizations).
β’ Experience working with mass numerical datasets.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
β’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
β’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
