Pay Range: $55/hr - $60/hr
Role Overview:
β’ The ServiceNow HRSD Business Analyst serves as the primary functional expert supporting Bechtelβs ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) platform, with a secondary focus on HR business process analysis and SAP SuccessFactors support.
β’ This role is responsible for designing, enhancing, and optimizing HR service delivery solutions within ServiceNow while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, governance, and compliance requirements.
β’ The analyst partners with HR Operations, HRIS, IT, and external vendors to translate business needs into scalable system solutions and drive continuous improvements to the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (Primary Focus):
β’ Configure, maintain, and enhance ServiceNow HRSD modules, including:
β’ Case & Knowledge Management
β’ Employee Center / Portal
β’ Lifecycle Events
β’ HR Services
β’ Document Management
β’ HR workflows and related automation
β’ Serve as the primary functional owner for the HRSD platform, including roadmap planning, release support, and continuous improvement initiatives
β’ Develop and maintain user stories, functional requirements, test scripts, and acceptance criteria
β’ Troubleshoot HRSD issues, perform root cause analysis, and partner with technical teams to resolve defects
β’ Conduct impact assessments, regression testing, data validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
β’ Identify opportunities to automate and streamline HR workflows
β’ Ensure configurations comply with HR governance, data integrity, and security standards
HR Business Process & SuccessFactors Support (Secondary Focus):
β’ Partner with HR Operations, COEs, and business leaders to understand HR processes and support HRSD solution design
β’ Perform process mapping, gap analysis, and documentation
β’ Recommend process improvements to enhance employee experience
β’ Perform configuration updates, testing, data validation, and troubleshooting within SAP SuccessFactors
β’ Support HR digital transformation initiatives across the employee lifecycle
