Job Summary This role involves leading the operational management and optimization of the organization's Workday HCM system, ensuring data integrity, system performance, and security. The Senior Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert, supporting system integrations, developing reports, and collaborating across teams to enhance HR technology processes. The position requires extensive Workday experience and a strong ability to drive system improvements in a global enterprise environment. location: Iselin, New Jersey job type: Contract salary: $50 - 60 per hour work hours: 9am to 5pm education: Bachelors Responsibilities • Manage and optimize day-to-day Workday HCM operations, ensuring data integrity, security, and system performance. • Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to support HR and business needs, while providing user training and documentation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, automate workflows, and maintain system integrations to enhance HR operations. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, with 6-7 years of professional experience, including 4-5 years of hands-on Workday HCM expertise. • Extensive knowledge of Workday modules such as Security, Reporting, and Calculated Fields, along with experience in system integrations and reporting tools like Workday Studio and EIB. • Strong business analysis, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with Workday certifications preferred. skills: 1. Proficiency in Workday HCM modules, including Security, Reporting, and Calculated Fields, as well as experience with Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data analysis, process improvement, and automation opportunities. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to collaborate effectively across teams and provide user support and training.
