Key Responsibilities: β€’ Lead the development and management of data workflows to ensure the accurate collection, processing, and analysis of data. β€’ Establish KPIs and identify key data points that drive operational success and process optimization. β€’ Analyze data to uncover insights, trends, and areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations for process enhancements. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business goals and drive continuous process improvement. β€’ Develop and implement data reporting frameworks that effectively track progress against KPIs and optimize workflows. β€’ Monitor and refine data processes to ensure they remain efficient, scalable, and aligned with evolving business objectives. β€’ Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous review and management processes, correcting discrepancies as necessary. β€’ Lead and mentor a team, ensuring effective communication, training, and support to maintain high performance and data management standards.
