Human Resources Data Analyst

Job Title: HR Specialist II (HR Data & Analytics) Pay: $34/hr We are looking for a Remote HR Specialist II with strong data and analytics skills to support a new HR project. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with HR data, building reports and dashboards, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance. You’ll partner with HR stakeholders to provide clear, actionable insights that help guide business decisions. What You’ll Do Build and maintain HR data reports and dashboards (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools) Ensure data accuracy and compliance through audits and governance practices Analyze HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, compensation, and diversity trends Partner with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to deliver data insights that support projects and business needs Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, professional way What We’re Looking For Experience with data engineering and visualization tools Strong background in data auditing and governance Understanding of HR data and metrics (headcount, attrition, diversity, compensation, etc.) Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Additional Details Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Duration: 1-year contract with potential to extend or convert to perm Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $34.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Work Location: Remote
