Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Onsite Lead Developer to join our dynamic team at Global Tech Consultants. This role is critical for driving customer interaction, requirement elicitation, design, architecture, and development of our ambitious projects. The ideal candidate will be an individual contributor as well as a situational leader, capable of managing big teams and frequent client visits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of Rest API based microservices in Azure.
• Drive customer interactions and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Design and implement scalable solutions with Azure Databricks and event-driven architecture using Kafka.
• Develop complex SQL queries for efficient data handling.
• Apply AI / ML knowledge to improve and innovate project deliverables.
• Spearhead the Triangulation track within RFID-related programs.
• Ensure clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• 6+ years of experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on Python and Rest API microservice development.
• Proficiency in Azure environment, including Databricks.
• Experience with Kafka and familiarity with event hub data handling.
• Advanced skillset in crafting complex SQL queries and large data ingestion.
• Working knowledge of AI / ML concepts and application.
• Proven experience in leading RFID triangulation projects.
• Exceptional communication skills and leadership abilities.
