Role description
Insight Global is hiring five Master Data Analysts to support a major ERP transformation initiative for a leading agricultural manufacturing client in Loveland, Colorado. These 1-year contract roles (with strong potential for extension through October 2026) will be embedded within the Data Design team, supporting material management, material compliance, and internal manufacturing operations. Each analyst will be paired with a specific business area and serve as the first point of contact for field users submitting master data requests.
The successful candidates will be responsible for monitoring ServiceNow and shared inbox tasks, troubleshooting data issues, and executing master data updates in SAP. They will also assist with data trackers, reporting, and mini projects focused on data cleanup and standardization. These roles require strong customer service skills, analytical thinking, and advanced Excel capabilities. Candidates will work on-site in Loveland 3β4 days per week to collaborate closely with their assigned teams during a critical hypercare period following the ERP deployment on October 1st. This is a 1-year contract with the high possibility of extension.
Responsibilities
Issue Monitoring & Resolution
β’ Track system performance and user-reported issues immediately after go-live.
β’ Analyze data logs and error reports to identify root causes.
β’ Collaborate with technical teams to resolve bugs and configuration mismatches.
Data Validation & Reconciliation
β’ Verify that data migrated into SAP system is accurate and complete.
β’ Reconcile financial, operational, and master data between legacy and SAP system.
β’ Flag discrepancies and support corrective actions.
User Support & Training
β’ Assist end-users with data-related queries and system navigation.
β’ Provide guidance on new reporting tools and dashboards.
β’ Help users interpret SAP-generated reports and KPIs.
Performance Reporting
β’ Generate daily or weekly reports on system usage, issue trends, and resolution metrics.
β’ Present insights to stakeholders to inform decision-making during the Hypercare phase.
Feedback Loop & Continuous Improvement
β’ Collect feedback from users to improve data workflows and reporting structures.
β’ Recommend enhancements to SAP configurations based on observed usage patterns.
Required Skills & Experience
β’ 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical or operational support setting
β’ Strong data analytics background with experience investigating and resolving data issues
β’ Advanced Excel skills, including working with large or complex datasets Effective communication and problem-solving abilities, especially when interacting with field users
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
β’ Exposure to SAP and ServiceNow is preferred; training will be provided as needed
β’ Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with tight deadlines and evolving priorities
