✅ Job Description: IBM ISIM ISAM Consultant Position Title: IBM ISIM ISAM Consultant Location: Marysville, OH (5 Days Onsite) Type: Contract (C2C) Experience Required: 12+ Years 🔹 Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced IBM ISIM/ISAM Consultant to support identity and access management systems within a high-security enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM), IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), and identity governance systems such as IGI. This is a senior-level, hands-on role requiring on-site presence and strong troubleshooting skills. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Incident Management: Resolve high-severity IAM incidents and production outages quickly. • SSO & Federation: Configure/troubleshoot SSO, junctions, and TFIM for applications such as Salesforce. • Identity Governance: Work on IGI access reviews, entitlement issues, and feed file creation. • User Lifecycle Management: Provision/de-provision users, manage test/bulk accounts. • System Maintenance: Handle patching, policy updates, and ISIM workflow improvements. • Integrations & Migrations: Deploy ISIM adapters (AD, LDAP, JDBC, Web), lead upgrades for ISIM/ISAM/SDI/SDS. • Compliance: Create TDI reports, ensure data encryption, and key management compliance. 🔹 Required Skills: • IAM Expertise: 12+ years of experience with ISIM, ISAM, IGI, SDI/SDS, and integrations. • Technical Stack: • Languages: Java, JavaScript • Frameworks: Java Spring Boot • Directories: LDAP, Active Directory • Protocols: SAML, OAuth • Tools: IBM Security Verify Governance (IGI), TDI (Tivoli Directory Integrator)
