β’ Role: IGA Business Analyst (Only on W2)
β’ Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
β’ Tempe, AZ and Wabash are also acceptable
β’ Work Type: Internal Workforce β IGA (Not Client IGA)
β’ Start Date: ASAP
β’ Target: End of January (worst case: First week of February)
β’ Number of Openings: 6
β’ Project Type: IGA Governance β Completeness & Accuracy Project
β’ Duration Focus: Year-end comparison of ~200 applications
β’ Role Type: Techno-Functional / Technical Analyst (Not Functional BA)
Responsibilities
β’ Work on IGA Governance β Completeness & Accuracy audits
β’ Coordinate with application owners and business technical teams
β’ Understand and document:
β’ Application architecture
β’ How access is provisioned
β’ How users, groups, and permissions are stored
β’ Schedule and lead meetings with application teams
β’ Request and collect:
β’ Complete user listings
β’ Access permissions
β’ Required screenshots for audit evidence
β’ Compare application-side user data with identity solution data
β’ Perform one-to-one reconciliation to identify discrepancies
β’ Analyze discrepancies such as:
β’ Missing users in identity solution
β’ Connector or API issues
β’ Application-side gaps
β’ Go back to stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
β’ Understand:
β’ API-based integrations
β’ Connector behavior
β’ Why certain users are not pulled into identity tools
β’ Create audit packages with required evidence
β’ Support IAM/IGA developers (no hands-on development)
β’ Focus on documentation, governance, and audit readiness
Must-Have Skills
