Akkodis is seeking a Data Analyst for a 6+ Contract position with a client located in Arden Hills, MN Pay Range: $35/hr - $37/hr (The rate may vary based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.) Position Responsibilities • Review, annotate, and prepare medical images to support machine learning & classical algorithm development. • Maintain the storage and organization of medical images, annotations, and associated information. • Develops tools for analyzing data sets and processing medical images through commercial & exploratory algorithms. • Collaborate closely with data scientists, cloud data engineers, algorithm engineers, clinical engineers, software engineers and systems engineers locally and globally • In all actions, lead with integrity and demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance with all documented quality processes and procedures. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Biomedical Engineering or related field • Experience with MATLAB or Python • Experience with AWS and cloud technologies • Experience with machine learning development frameworks • Working knowledge of image processing • Manipulating tabular metadata using SQL and Python’s Pandas library • Knowledge of HIPAA, FDA regulations (21 CFR Part 11), GDPR for medical device data governance.
