Infor LN Planning /Inventory Data Clean-up Consultant

Position 1: Infor LN Planning Modules /Inventory Data Clean-up Consultant Location: Seattle, WA (Remote) Duration: Long Term Primary Responsibilities • Planning Item Master Data Management • The resources will focus on refining and populating our planning item master data to support our planning activities and processes, including: • Planning Horizons: Configure and validate planning horizon parameters across item masters • Min/Max Data: Establish and maintain minimum/maximum inventory levels • Warehousing Relationships: Set up and verify warehouse-to-item relationships and dependencies • Data Integrity: Ensure all planning parameters are properly configured to facilitate long-range planning initiatives Strategic Objective: Support our push to scale operations in 2026 by establishing a robust planning foundation that can accommodate growth. Secondary Deliverables • Process Documentation and Knowledge Transfer • Develop reusable processes and procedures for ongoing master data maintenance • Create documentation to support data integrity standards as the business evolves • Establish transition protocols to maintain the same level of data quality going forward • Enable internal teams to sustain planning data excellence as business requirements change Required Qualifications • Proven expertise in Infor LN, specifically planning modules • Experience with planning item master data configuration • Strong understanding of supply chain planning principles • Ability to create scalable, repeatable processes • Documentation and knowledge transfer capabilities Expected Outcomes • Fully configured planning item master data • Documented processes for ongoing maintenance • Knowledge transfer to internal teams • Scalable framework to support 2026 growth objectives Position 2:  Infor LN Inventory Data Clean-up Consultant Location: Seattle, WA (Remote) Duration: Long Term Responsibilities: • Establish updated baseline of Prime Air inventory structure in InforLN - warehouses, inventory storage locations, planning requirements (min, max, re-order points, etc.) and update to ensure correct inventory as of an updated baseline date is established. Work in partnership with team that is establish Part Item Masters and Planning Item Masters in InforLN for Global Supply Chain existing products for production and operational spares use), operational equipment (ground support, non-flying equipment), and other ‘parts/items’ for inventory in Infor LN ERP system. Recommended Deliverable: • Establish Infor LN required data structure and elements (setup) for Prime Air warehouses and inventory locations, establish data loading schedule and project actions/tracking for communication, execute / input required data for Prime Air warehouses and inventory locations by 30 April 2026 or sooner. • Completion of usable data in Infor LN for demand/supply planning, data analysis, and reporting for MPSD&A business analysts and global supply chain team established using client business analyst standards within Infor LN.
