Role description
We are currently working on an exciting Informatica Senior Data Engineer contract opportunity based in London (2 days onsite) with an immediate start.
Contract Details:
• Rate: £500/day (Inside IR35)
• Duration: 6 months (extendable)
We’re looking for someone with strong Informatica expertise. The core requirements are:
• Hands‑on Informatica experience (IICS / ETL design and support) – this is critical
• Active SC Clearance (mandatory)
• Strong SQL / data engineering background, ideally in Azure‑based environments
Nice to have / optional skills (not essential, but beneficial):
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric (e.g. Data Factory, Synapse, OneLake)
• Exposure to financial services / FinTech environments
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub
• Experience with testing practices for data pipelines (unit testing, QA)
• Broader Azure data services (Azure SQL, Managed Instance, Data Lake)
Mandatory criteria
1. Recent and in‑depth Informatica IICS experience, ideally within Azure‑based data platforms
