Overview
LABUR is supporting a client through a strategic data privacy and testing transformation initiative. The client is facing challenges in maintaining regulatory compliance while ensuring robust software testing environments. To address this, LABUR is deploying an Informatica Test Data Management (TDM) Developer with deep expertise in data masking and test data provisioning. This engagement is critical to enabling secure, scalable, and realistic test data environments that protect sensitive information and accelerate development cycles.
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement test data management solutions using Informatica TDM tools.
• Create and maintain realistic, curated test data sets that support rigorous testing scenarios across multiple environments.
• Apply advanced data masking techniques to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with QA, development, and compliance teams to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with testing goals.
• Automate test data provisioning processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Troubleshoot and optimize TDM workflows for performance and scalability.
• Document processes, configurations, and best practices to support knowledge transfer and long-term maintainability.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as an Informatica TDM Developer, with a strong focus on data masking and test data provisioning.
• Expertise in Informatica TDM suite, including Data Subset, Data Masking, and Data Generation.
• Solid understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Preferred: Experience with additional Informatica tools (e.g., PowerCenter, IDQ) and cloud-based data platforms.
