Information Analyst 5031

Contract-to-Hire Position 4 days onsite & 1 day remote Location: Near the Battery / ATL The Information Analyst is an entry-level data management role designed for individuals looking to build a career in areas such as commercial excellence, finance, information services, supply chain, or other business-focused fields. This role is part of a collaborative team responsible for governing ERP data and transactional processes that support both effective customer service and efficient business operations. The team’s primary focus is business support, data governance, and user training to ensure consistent, best-practice use of ERP systems across the organization. The Information Analyst also contributes to key implementation initiatives, innovation projects, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous process improvement efforts. Key Responsibilities • Support daily transactional activities to ensure accurate and timely revenue reporting through troubleshooting, data creation, and issue resolution • Assist plant locations with data validation and financial reporting, including order entry, purchasing, production, system crediting, and inventory maintenance • Serve as an internal point of contact for assigned manufacturing locations, providing guidance on ERP transactional processes and data accuracy • Train and mentor operational associates on ERP processes and best practices • Partner with plant accounting teams and other departments to support problem-solving, financial recordkeeping, and process improvements • Participate in high-impact projects, including acquisitions, system enhancements, process improvement initiatives, and ERP testing • Conduct scheduled internal audits to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company policies • Create, generate, and analyze reports using business intelligence and reporting tools • Manage customer and vendor master data, including address book records, billing and shipping relationships, pricing categories, and contractual details • Create and maintain item and SKU data, including bills of material, raw materials, finished goods, units of measure, and item cross-references • Run and validate cost simulations to support accurate standard cost maintenance • Validate pricing data, obtain required approvals for adjustments, and update pricing based on material cost changes • Support automation initiatives to improve data accuracy and streamline data entry processes • Assist with asset-related activities, including preventative maintenance work orders Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Services, Supply Chain, or a related field • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including intermediate Excel skills • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify variances and resolve data-related issues • Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Experience working with numerical data and large data sets Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with ERP systems • Familiarity with Microsoft collaboration tools such as SharePoint and OneDrive • Basic accounting knowledge • Exposure to robotic process automation tools or similar technologies • Experience communicating with internal or external stakeholders • Background in manufacturing or industrial environments, including customer service, supply chain, pricing, or accounting functions
