About the Role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and forward‑thinking AI Analyst to support the development, implementation, and optimisation of artificial intelligence solutions across the organisation. This role combines analytical capability, technical understanding, and business insight to help teams leverage AI tools, automate processes, and make data‑driven decisions.
Responsibilities
• AI & Data Analysis
• Analyse business processes to identify opportunities for AI‑driven automation and optimisation.
• Work with data teams to collect, clean, and prepare datasets for AI and machine learning models.
• Evaluate AI model outputs, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
• Support the development of predictive models, NLP solutions, and intelligent automation workflows.
• AI Implementation & Support
• Assist in deploying AI tools, chatbots, automation platforms, and machine learning solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure AI solutions meet business requirements.
• Document AI processes, workflows, and model behaviour for internal stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to teams adopting AI tools and technologies.
• Monitor AI system performance and escalate issues when needed.
• Business Insight & Stakeholder Collaboration
• Translate technical AI concepts into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Work with business units to understand challenges and propose AI‑enabled solutions.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Contribute to AI strategy, roadmap planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
• Experience working with AI, machine learning, or data analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, or similar languages used in data analysis.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts such as classification, clustering, NLP, and predictive modelling.
• Experience with AI platforms or tools (e.g., Azure AI, AWS AI, Google Cloud AI, OpenAI APIs).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non‑technical teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Exposure to automation platforms (UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism).
• Knowledge of model evaluation techniques and performance metrics.
• Background in business analysis, data science, or process optimisation.
• Experience working in agile or cross‑functional environments.
