Technology Analyst
Location: Chelsea, MA | Hybrid
$32/hr
As a Technology Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting internal users across multiple departments supporting the public sector. You will assist with user support, license provisioning, and platform administration for tools such as JIRA, GitHub, Power Platform, Tableau, and Power BI. This role is focused on application support and data administration and is ideal for someone passionate about technology, public service, and customer success. You will work onsite two days per week at the Chelsea office, collaborating with a diverse, mission-driven IT team at EOTSS.
Minimum Qualifications:
β’ Strong communication and customer service skills
β’ Interest in public sector technology and IT operations
β’ Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Power Platform, Tableau, or Power BI
β’ Attention to detail and comfort working in a support or administrative role
Nice to Have:
β’ Experience using or supporting enterprise tools like GitHub
β’ Exposure to IT service management (ITSM) environments
Responsibilities:
β’ Respond to and resolve support tickets from internal agency users
β’ Provide guidance on platform usage and support for building or troubleshooting workflows
β’ Administer access, licenses, and project setup within tools such as JIRA and Power Platform
β’ Collaborate with EOTSS staff to maintain platform governance and ensure data quality
β’ Serve as a liaison between users and technical teams to enable effective self-service
