🔍 We’re Hiring: Business Analyst – Pharma Research IT 📍 Location: Lexington, MA (Hybrid – must be local) 📍 Location: 33 Hayden Ave, Lexington, MA 02421 Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in pharmaceutical research and a passion for digital transformation in the lab? We're supporting a Research Digital program in the Boston area and looking for a detail-oriented, scientifically minded BA to help drive the evaluation, selection, and implementation of cutting-edge systems like: 🔹 Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN) 🔹 Scientific Data Management Systems (SDMS) 🔹 Research databases 🔧 Key Responsibilities: • Gather and analyze business and technical requirements from scientists and IT stakeholders • Lead system evaluation and vendor selection processes (including RFPs and fit-gap analysis) • Support implementation, UAT, and validation of selected research tools • Act as liaison between lab teams, IT, and vendors • Develop user stories, SOPs, process flows, and training materials • Facilitate user training and change management for smooth system adoption ✅ What We’re Looking For: • 5+ years as a Business Analyst, including 3+ years in pharma research • Hands-on experience with ELN, SDMS, IMS, or similar scientific systems • Strong understanding of scientific workflows and data management • Experience in global, cross-functional teams (US/EU) • Familiarity with FAIR data principles is a plus • Bachelor's or Master’s in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or similar.
