Contract Salesforce Snr BA / Project Manager Contract Duration: 6 Months Location: The Shard London 3 days a week minimum Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Snr IT Business Analyst / Project manager to join our client on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing Salesforce or CRM projects within Private Equity or Asset Management companies and possess strong expertise in Agile project management methodologies. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage Salesforce improvement and enhancement projects • Overseeing and holding to account external Salesforce delivery partner • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop detailed project plans. • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle. • Utilise Agile methodologies to manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications. • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management. • Manage Data requirements and data governance • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Experience: • Proven experience as a Salesforce or CRM Project Manager • Experience in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Net Zero Cloud would be ideal • Strong knowledge of Agile project management principles and practices. • Strong Business Analyst experience • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills. • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders. • Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator) is a plus. • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
