Travel cost will be paid by WESCO Job Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst specializing in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to lead business analysis initiatives within supply chain and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of WMS processes and system integrations across enterprise applications, ensuring smooth implementation and rollout of solutions. Key Responsibilities • Lead IT business analysis initiatives within the WMS domain, focusing on supply chain and distribution operations. • Analyze complex business problems, gather and interpret data, and deliver actionable insights to support decision-making. • Plan, execute, and oversee software implementation and rollout activities for WMS solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Development, Configuration, QA, and Business Operations—to ensure project success. • Act as the primary liaison for business stakeholders, providing timely updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. • Participate in solution design, configuration, and deployment activities to ensure alignment with business requirements. • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, translating complex concepts into clear, concise language. Required Qualifications • Proven experience in IT business analysis within WMS and related supply chain domains. • Strong understanding of system integrations and data flows across enterprise applications (CRM, Order Management, WMS, TMS, Procurement, Financial Systems). • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data and deliver actionable recommendations. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrated leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with large-scale WMS implementations and enterprise integration projects. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and digital transformation initiatives.
