Role description
Business Analyst (IT)
12+ months contract
π Location: Austin, TX
π Work Model: 5 days/week in-office initially (for knowledge transfer), transitioning to a hybrid model (3 days/week in office)
Role Summary
This role will manage and drive execution of HR Technology enhancements related to SAP SuccessFactors, including automation of HR document templates via an integrated tool. The individual will also support project management for broader HR Technology initiatives to streamline HR processes and systems.
As part of the core HR Technology team, the role involves collaborating with senior leaders, HR teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver key initiatives, oversee document template development, and maintain project plans.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Act as the primary liaison between HR and third-party vendors for HR document template design, build, and deployment (e.g., offer letters, employment contracts) within SAP SuccessFactors.
β’ Develop and manage project plans and business readiness checklists in collaboration with HR COEs and HR Business Partners.
β’ Lead the design and implementation of enhancements in SAP SuccessFactors (Core HR and document generation).
β’ Partner with HR Technology, PMO, and functional teams to deliver broader HR system initiatives.
β’ Drive process improvements across HR tools, policies, and workflows.
β’ Provide regular updates to HR Leadership on project progress and outcomes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are seeking a proactive HR professional with strong project management experience, preferably with exposure to M&A environments. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, problem solver, and strong collaborator who can navigate complex, fast-changing environments.
Preferred Experience
β’ Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors and HR systems
β’ Knowledge of Employee Central, data models, and role-based permissions
β’ Experience with HR document templates in SAP SuccessFactors
β’ 5+ years of project management experience in HR Technology
β’ Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
β’ Experience managing global, cross-functional projects
β’ Strong change management and process improvement experience
Education
β’ Bachelorβs degree required; Masterβs degree preferred.
