Position Title: OTM Business Analyst Location: Atlanta, GA – Hybrid Expected Duration of Project: 12+ month contract with good chances of extension Job Requirements: • Triage day to day system issues and provide resolution for complex systems issues. • Resolve OTM related issues and identify root cause for problems to support transportation users • Engage OTM IT Support as required and act as a liaison between business and IT • Monitor key systems, batch jobs and interfaces between OTM and other systems • Resolve any OTM EDI related issues to support internal teams as well as carriers • Update the current OTM training documentation, OTM support documentation, and update tracking logs of support issues. • 5 years of functional experience configuring, maintaining and supporting OTM • Troubleshooting experience related to order issues, shipment planning issues, bulk planning issues, rating issues, master data issues etc. • Working knowledge of OTM modules such as order management, rates, shipment management, equipment, invoice and voucher creation, etc. • Ability to suggest/make OTM configuration changes to support business users Must Haves & Preferred experience/duties: • 10+ years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), with 5+ years in an architect or lead role. • Minimum of 5 years of OTM cloud experience. • Extensive knowledge of OTM modules, including order management, shipment management, rate management, operational planning, financials, etc. Experience with LNM, ODA, mobile, and machine learning capabilities is a plus. • Extensive experience with OTM functional configuration. Ability to suggest and make OTM configuration changes to support business requirements. • SQL experience • SAP experience preferred
