-Long-Term Contract Opportunity
We are seeking a senior-level IT Business Analyst with strong hands-on SQL skills and proven requirements ownership experience.

• Demonstrated experience leading requirements elicitation and documentation
• Experience supporting API-driven development initiatives
• Ability to analyze data sources and support ETL/data mapping discussions

If you do not have strong SQL and hands-on requirements experience, this role will not be a fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Lead collaboration with business stakeholders to understand processes and objectives
• Gather, document, and refine business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements
• Analyze application data and provide data mappings for ETL processes
• Facilitate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Standups, Backlog Replenishment, Story Mapping, Flow Reviews)
• Provide Level 2 production support and perform root cause analysis
This role spans the full lifecycle from user story ideation through development, deployment, and production support.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5–7 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience creating functional designs and process flows
• Self-directed, proactive mindset
If you’re a Business Analyst who can bridge business needs and technical execution and you’re confident in your SQL skills we’d love to connect.
