Role description
IT Business Analyst (CRM) required by a not-for-profit organisation in central London with hybrid working (three days per week remote) who has recently completed the first discovery phase (case management workstream) of a Dynamics On-Prem to Dynamics 365 CRM migration.

To qualify the IT Business Analyst (CRM) will have a demonstrable, multi-organisational background in business analysis, have an excellent understanding of CRMs (Dynamics preferred), have experience of at least one On-Prem to cloud CRM migration, be comfortable working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, have a background working in relevant industry sectors (asset-centric, often shaped by regulatory demands and long-term service commitments such as utilities, energy and renewables, telecommunications, transportation and logistics, oil and gas etc.) and possess good vendor management, stakeholder management, communication, problem solving and transparency competencies.
Knowledge of working in the housing sector and/or an industry recognised qualification is desirable but not essential.
The assignment is to join a multi-year Dynamics On-Prem to Dynamics 365 migration. Working closely with a Lead IT Business Analyst you will be responsible for defining the to-be case management requirements for the Dynamics 365 product.
The initial end date is the 31st March 2026 however further extensions are likely.
