Job Title: Business Analyst β Cybersecurity IAM Compliance (On-site in Miami, FL)
Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to support a cybersecurity-focused Identity and Access Management (IAM) implementation project within a regulated utility environment. This role will be responsible for supporting the delivery, documentation, and testing of a new IAM Role Lifecycle Management tool, along with assisting data analysis efforts related to NERC CIP compliance.
The analyst will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), IT compliance analysts, and internal teams to analyze data, document processes, develop training materials, and support post-implementation enhancements. The role is based on-site in Miami, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Assist with the implementation of IAM compliance tools, including documentation and testing.
β’ Support post-go-live activities, data integrity assessments, and enhancements.
β’ Analyze workflows, assess data anomalies, and generate insights to improve IAM compliance functions.
β’ Document processes, create training materials, and help define new requirements.
β’ Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure testing and compliance with relevant standards (CIP-004).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree preferred (ideally in IT, cybersecurity, or related field).
β’ Experience working with IAM tools, identity lifecycle projects, or access management systems.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including DAX and Power Query).
β’ Knowledge of process workflows and change documentation.
β’ Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
β’ Familiarity with NERC CIP standards is a plus but not required.
