Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support a large-scale MS Teams implementation project. The role will focus on coordinating the setup of MS Teams across multiple advisor offices, with a key responsibility of configuring the API connector that journals MS Teams messages between local environments and the clientβs centralized environment.
This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple office setups concurrently, follow established processes, and provide exceptional communication and customer service throughout the engagement.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Coordinate with office IT staff or external consultants to complete MS Teams setup according to a documented step-by-step playbook.
β’ Configure API connectors to ensure successful message journaling from local admin environments to the clientβs environment.
β’ Manage multiple office implementations simultaneously, supporting 80β100 office setups within a 2-month timeframe.
β’ Serve as the liaison between office IT staff and internal stakeholders such as compliance, technical support, and project management teams.
β’ Deliver clear communication, progress updates, and high-quality customer service throughout the project.
Qualifications
β’ Proven experience as an IT-focused Business Analyst supporting implementation or integration projects.
β’ Familiarity with Microsoft Teams setup and API connectors preferred.
β’ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage several projects at once.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical groups.
β’ Customer-service mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
