Infrastructure Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Infrastructure Developer on W2 with deep expertise in automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and data center fabrics (Cisco & Arista). This is not a traditional network engineering role – we need an automation-first developer who can design and deploy large-scale IaC solutions in complex enterprise environments. ⚡ Responsibilities • Architect and deliver Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Ansible, Python, Django, and Jenkins • Automate complex data center network environments involving Cisco & Arista Fabrics • Develop Python/Django-based frameworks and automation scripts to streamline deployments • Implement CI/CD automation pipelines for infrastructure delivery • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into automation solutions • Maintain version control & project tracking with Bitbucket and Jira • Drive innovation in network automation with intent-based development ✅ Required Skills • 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in automation/IaC delivery • Strong hands-on expertise in Ansible, Python (Django/Flask), Jenkins/Jules, CI/CD, and DevOps practices • Proven experience designing and deploying automation solutions in Cisco & Arista network fabrics • Familiarity with Robot Framework / Behave for test automation • Strong knowledge of infrastructure architecture & large-scale enterprise systems • Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills 🎯 Preferred Qualifications • Experience in intent-driven networking and automation frameworks • Hands-on with Bitbucket, Jira, and DevOps pipelines • Proven background in delivering resilient and complex infrastructure systems 📩 If you are passionate about network automation, DevOps, and infrastructure development, we’d love to hear from you!
