Infrastructure Services Analyst - 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
A global professional services firm is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Services Analyst to support and maintain its core IT infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone with a deep technical background in networking, servers, storage, cloud platforms, and unified communications, and who thrives in a collaborative, service-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Manage and support the firm's infrastructure: servers, storage, firewalls, WAN/LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and unified communications.
β’ Administer and monitor systems including Windows Server, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, VMWare, VXRail, Rubrik, Commvault, and more.
β’ Conduct vulnerability analysis and manage patching using SIEM tools (eg, Rapid7).
β’ Collaborate with the security team to ensure proper infrastructure security controls are deployed and maintained.
β’ Lead technical troubleshooting and respond to incidents in line with change and incident management protocols.
β’ Maintain accurate documentation of infrastructure components, maintenance activities, and configurations.
β’ Provide guidance and training to other IT colleagues to ensure cohesive service delivery.
β’ Engage with vendors and third parties for escalations and managed services.
β’ Participate in out-of-hours support and emergency response, as needed.
What We're Looking For:
β’ 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems administration within complex, global environments.
β’ Experience working within ITIL frameworks and ideally ISO 27001-compliant settings.
β’ Strong working knowledge of:
β’ Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online)
β’ Azure IaaS
β’ VMware vSphere & Dell VxRail
β’ NetApp storage
β’ Juniper Mist & Cato SESE firewalls
β’ PowerShell Scripting and automation
β’ Windows Server (2008-2025)
β’ Networking: DNS, DHCP, subnets, VLAN, TCP/IP, SD-WAN, VPNs
Desirable Certifications:
β’ Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
β’ VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
β’ Juniper Mist AI (Wireless/Wired)
β’ Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
β’ ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4)
