Role description
Salt is partnered with a leading brand, looking for an insight analyst to help uncover meaningful findings that fuel business growth, while presenting clear and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• 12 month+ freelance contract
• Remote first working, with ad-hoc days onsite in London
• £3,200 monthly, paid on a day rate (outside IR35)
You will:
• Collaborate with the wider insights team to turn business questions into analytical projects, applying a range of tools to surface actionable insights
• Analyse digital conversations and trends across multiple touchpoints, with a strong focus on social listening and analytics
• Deliver both qualitative and quantitative insight to support brand strategy, marketing campaigns, communications, and product development
• Build and refine queries, producing engaging visualisations and reports, primarily in PowerPoint
You will need:
• Experience in digital insights with a background in social listening
• Hands-on knowledge of tools such as Brandwatch and Google Analytics (other analytics platforms an advantage)
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations
