Job Details: • Job Title: Insights Analyst • Duration: 12 Month • Pay Range: $56.95 - $69.12 Hourly (Please note that the pay rate will range from 82% - 100% based on your location.) Insights Analyst Contract This role will be hybrid NYC. - First day in the office and onsite until onboarding and training completed - resource can go to just 2 chosen days a week. Will have some specific days for meetings that they will need to be onsite throughout the year. Write SQL queries to extract necessary data and utilize Tableau, Excel and PowerPoint to analyze the results and present the relevant business insights to clients Qualifications: 3+ years' experience in analytics providing data analysis & insight generation (ideally in a consulting role) 3+ years' experience working with SQL and visualization tools (PowerPoint preferred, Tableau is ok) to extract, analyze and present data that supports customer and internal business goals. (Using existing and also being able to manipulate code to create new analysis based on products) 3+ years' experience working with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) Needs to be able to do the analysis and also be customer facing Strong project management and prioritization skills to support multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal, written, presentation and communication skills. Strong consultative storytelling - translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence decision-making and strategy. Experience working directly with sales, customer success, marketing and/or sales-related stakeholders (presenting and partnering to assist these teams)
