Insights Analyst

Title: Insights Analyst II Industry: Gaming Duration: 12 months Responsibilities • Aggregate and analyze large-scale game and player datasets to support advanced analysis and reporting • Define and maintain key metrics and KPIs to measure operational and product performance and inform business reviews • Build and manage dashboards that enable teams to track performance and self-serve insights for data-driven decision-making • Present strategic recommendations and product outcomes to business leaders and senior stakeholders • Design and run experiments to test performance hypotheses and evaluate product and operational impact • Conduct market research and deliver insights to inform strategy, identify trends, and uncover growth opportunities Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business strategy, management consulting, or a related field • Proven experience designing and scaling KPI frameworks and experimentation programs in matrixed or complex environments • Hands-on experience with large-scale data analysis, including statistical techniques such as significance testing, clustering (e.g., k-means, latent class analysis), regression analysis, propensity score matching, and related methods • Proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience using Databricks and Tableau • Ability to build, maintain, and manage complex datasets Preferred Qualifications • Familiarity with AI/ML models for workflow optimization and automation • Graduate degree in analytics, statistics, engineering, or a related field • Experience working with global or distributed teams Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius.
