Insights Support Analyst 15961
Hourly pay: $45- $55/hr
Worksite: Leading professional development and networking company (New York City, NY 10118 - Hybrid, Must be onsite 2 days per week, Days are flexible (Some overlap with the team is required))

A leading professional networking company seeks an Insights Support Analyst to provide technical support and enhance scaled insight tools. The successful candidate will help our sales team utilize on-demand, scaled insights tools with advertising clients. The company offers a great work environment!
Insights Support Analyst Responsibilities:
Maintain and enhance scaled insights tools (automated dashboards, decks, and spreadsheets) using SQL, Python, and other technologies.
Help sales, marketing, and product be more effective as the first line of response, triaging user-submitted Jira tickets and maintaining standard response times and levels of service.
Troubleshoot issues using all tools available, including SQL/Trino to explore and check necessary data.
Identify common themes across recurring problems and propose solutions to resolve these in upstream systems.
Develop scalable solutions where possible in conjunction with cross-functional teams to create long-term fixes to common issues.
Address business challenges by owning repeatable playbooks/narratives for debugging issues.
Insights Support Analyst Qualifications:
2+ years of experience with data analysis, data storytelling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.) to turn data into insights
2+ years working with SQL to query large datasets (e.g., Pig, Hive, Presto, Spark SQL, etc.) and create scalable, compliant, and performant code
2+ years working with Python for data manipulation, batch processing, machine learning, statistical analysis, performing calculations, combining data, pulling from APIs, or creating visualizations, etc.
Experience with an Issue Tracking and Resolution system (Jira, etc)
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
Strong customer service skills to understand needs, convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences, and efficiently solve user problems
Experience creating requirements and project plans for analytic programs and tools, and re-prioritize based on impact and level of effort to complete is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple major concurrent projects is preferred.
Keen business sense and creative problem-solving skills is preferred.
Passion for leveraging data to drive action and impact is preferred.
Familiarity with T-SQL and Trino.
Experience in advertising measurement, especially with companies like Kantar, Nielsen IQ, or Ipsos is preferred.
Analytical advertising experience is a plus.
