Job Title: Business Systems Analyst Location: 100% Remote Duration: Contract through mid 2027 Benefits: Medical / Dental / Vision / 401k Job Description: • Utilize insurance domain knowledge, specifically in the worker's compensation insurance space, to work on policy management tasks • Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth incorporation of DXC Technologies Assure Policy platform or similar insurance core platforms • Stay updated on regulatory requirements such as NCCI, WCIRB reporting, and implement necessary changes • Engage in the design and development of customer-facing web applications, including gathering requirements, ensuring usability, supporting UAT coordination, and setting up test cases • Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint in project management • Communicate effectively and maintain detailed documentation throughout the project lifecycle • Utilize SQL, data mapping, and system integration skills to enhance project efficiency Essential Skills, Experience: • Background in the insurance sector, preferable in worker's compensation insurance, with a focus on policy management • Experience working with DXC Technologies Assure Policy platform or other insurance core platforms • Familiarity with regulatory knowledge such as NCCI and WCIRB reporting requirements • Hands-on experience as a Business Systems Analyst in modern customer-facing web applications, including design, requirements gathering, usability testing, and UAT coordination • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint • Strong communication and documentation skills to effectively convey project details • Knowledge of SQL, data mapping, and system integrations is a plus • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role or similar positions Our Commitment We would love to have you join our team!
