Position: Insurance Business Analyst – Motor Fleet Risk, P&C
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Contract
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Business Analyst with a strong background in Motor Fleet Risk and Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in requirements gathering, user story creation, Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and deep knowledge of underwriting, claims, rating, premium calculation, invoicing, and broking processes.
Key Requirements:
12+ years of overall IT experience
10+ years within the Insurance domain
8+ years as an Insurance Business Analyst, specifically in Motor Fleet Risk and P&C Insurance
Strong experience with Agile methodologies, User Stories, Azure DevOps, UAT, and requirements management
Knowledge of Rating, Premium Calculation, Underwriting, Claims, Invoicing, and Broking Placement processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
