Key Responsibilities: β€’ Developing and maintaining standard KPI dashboards and root cause diagnostics to monitor franchise performance and support improvement plans. β€’ Collaborating with functional planners to create weekly execution content, including backorder updates and inventory risk assessments. β€’ Assisting with the preparation of monthly IBP milestone reviews by ensuring timely and complete data and insight delivery for effective decision-making. β€’ Supporting the development and maintenance of local tools for planning activities, such as capacity models, safety stock calculations, and baseline forecasting. β€’ Building management reporting tools to help operationalize core IBP and planning processes and provide valuable insight to the planning teams. β€’ Supporting executive communication with timely, accurate content for weekly and monthly business updates. β€’ Tracking phase-in/phase-out product portfolio transitions, ensuring ongoing visibility and planning alignment. β€’ Contributing to strategic product segmentation to define planning, inventory, and replenishment strategies aligned with business goals. β€’ Assisting with project tracking and improvement plan documentation across plant and franchise-level initiatives. β€’ Learning and leveraging enterprise and planning systems, including ERP and local toolsets. Qualifications: β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or Statistics. β€’ Minimum 2 years of experience in a reporting or analytics-focused role (recent graduates may also be considered). β€’ Working knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP systems. β€’ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office Suite. β€’ Experience with BI tools such as QlikView, Tableau, or Power BI. β€’ Prior experience in analytics within a consulting firm or a corporate analytics practice. β€’ Familiarity with supply chain metrics, demand/supply planning concepts, and phase-in/phase-out product lifecycle tracking. β€’ NO C2C CANDIDATES Interested Candidates please apply on our website at https://jobs.jblresources.com.
