Integration Lead

Role: Integration Lead Location: Remote Contract role Experience • 10+ years of software engineering experience with proven success in designing and building scalable enterprise applications. • 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, including practical exposure to GenAI, LLMs, or advanced analytics solutions. Required Skills & Attributes • Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or similar programming languages. • Strong proficiency in Reach JS, React Native(Cross Platform Mobile App Developer), • Typescript, Javascript development experience • Hands-on experience in building AI/ML solutions, including LLMs, RAG pipelines, or agent-based architectures. • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and deploying scalable AI workloads. • Solid understanding of API development, microservices architecture, and integration patterns (REST, event-driven, MCP/A2A). • Experience in data engineering, including data ingestion, transformation, and pipeline orchestration. • Strong knowledge of DevOps/MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and model lifecycle management. • Ability to design secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions aligned with enterprise standards. • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams. A I Skills (Mandatory for All Contractors) • Consistent Use: Maintain a minimum of 90% weekly usage of enterprise-approved AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other GenAI platforms. • Applied Productivity: Leverage AI tools to enhance coding, documentation, data analysis, and solution design workflows. • Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with evolving AI capabilities and apply them to improve delivery quality, efficiency, and innovation.
