Position Summary
The Governance, Risk, Compliance & Audit Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization’s GRC and audit functions under the direction of program management or senior leadership. This role focuses on maintaining system-level documentation, conducting risk assessments, supporting regulatory reviews, and coordinating audit activities. The analyst ensures that all compliance and risk-related documentation aligns with organizational standards and frameworks and contributes to the successful execution of audit and remediation projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, update, and maintain System Security Plans (SSPs) and related documentation.
• Track and manage findings, risks, and remediation activities in the risk register.
• Conduct routine and ad-hoc risk assessments and prepare risk assessment reports.
• Support internal and external audit preparation, execution, and remediation activities.
• Coordinate compliance activities with internal teams and external auditors.
• Ensure adherence to organizational standards, policies, and control frameworks.
• Provide project status reports and track tasks, issues, and risks.
• Facilitate compliance with standard processes, procedures, and controls.
• Attend project and engagement meetings and communicate with internal stakeholders.
• Assist in liaison activities with audit, compliance, regulatory, security, and operations teams.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Professional certifications preferred: PMP, CISA, CRISC, CISM, CRMP, NCSF, CISSP.
• Experience with ServiceNow GRC or equivalent risk management tools.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ServiceNow Project, Visual Task Boards).
• Strong understanding of risk management methodologies and control frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative and ethical mindset with attention to detail.
Desired Attributes

• Experience managing projects across multiple technologies and functions.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
