Position: Intelligence Analyst
Duration: 6 months
Location: onsite 100% at Fort Meade, Maryland. (The schedule is Monday – Thursday, 9 PM-7 AM)
The clearance requirement is a Top Secret clearance with eligibility to upgrade to a SCI.
Must have requirements:
• Top Secret with the ability to upgrade to an SCI
• Must have one of these active certs
• CCNA Security/ CySA+ /GICSP/ GSEC/ Security+ CE/ SSCP/ CASP+ CE/ CCNP Security/ CISA/ CISSP (or Associate)/GCED/ GCIH
• Willing to go onsite at Fort Meade Monday – Thursday 9 PM-7 AM
• Must have one of them: Master's Degree with 2 years of experience/ Bachelor’s with 4 years of experience / Associate's Degree with 6 years of experience / 8 years of experience if they don’t have a Degree
Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
· Supervise the collection of intelligence on events occurring both internally and externally to Department of Defense networks.
· Oversee all-source intelligence support to operations, Cyber Protection Team (CPT) defensive missions, Command Cyber Readiness Inspections (CCRIs), and Command Cyber Operational Readiness Inspection (CCORIs).
· Enhance situational awareness, situational understanding, and identify possible relationships, trends, and adversary TTPs based on threat intelligence information.
· Direct and develop the process of open-source intelligence research in support of threat discovery or research.
· Research, analyze, corroborate, and assess vulnerability information as it relates to intelligence reporting.
· Analyze and track vulnerability disclosure program (VDP) incidents as they relate to intelligence reporting.
· Ensure information provided to foreign entities complies with federal statutes and restrictions.
Basic Qualifications
· Ability to maintain TS/SCI security clearance
· Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 4-8 years of prior relevant education and experience; additional related years of experience are accepted instead of a degree.
· DoDD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (SEC+, CySA, GICSD, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with DISA and DoD Networks.
· Demonstrated experience briefing Senior Executive Service (SES) and General Officer/Flag Officer (GO/FO) leadership.
· Experience in intelligence-driven defense and/or cyber kill chain methodology.
