Job Overview: IT Data Analyst – Infor CloudSuite (CSI) / Syteline Specialist Location: 100% Remote Duration: 3–6 Months Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Local Time) ServicePoint is supporting a client in the Plastics Manufacturing industry (approx. 300 employees) in search of an experienced IT Data Analyst with deep expertise in Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI)/Syteline. This is a critical, hands-on role supporting ERP systems and data analytics in a fully remote capacity. Note: Experience with Infor CloudSuite (CSI)/Syteline is mandatory. This requirement is non-negotiable. Position Summary We’re seeking a seasoned IT Systems & Data Analyst to serve as the go-to expert for all things related to Infor CSI/Syteline. This role will combine ERP system administration, data analysis, and integration support, enabling the client to extract meaningful insights and drive operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Infor CSI/Syteline platform. Configure and optimize roles, permissions, workflows, and custom forms to meet evolving business needs. Build and maintain customizations, including IDOs, scripting, application events, and UDMs. Lead system upgrades, testing, patching, and integration projects with enterprise systems. Deliver hands-on user support and conduct training sessions to maximize system adoption. Collaborate with Infor support and external vendors to troubleshoot and implement enhancements. Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models using SQL, Power BI, and other analytics tools. Translate business needs into actionable insights for sales, finance, operations, and executive leadership. Build and maintain ETL processes and manage data integrations with other platforms (CRM, warehouse systems, etc.). Ensure data integrity, governance, and performance across multiple environments. Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation and data-driven decision-making. Participate in cross-functional IT and transformation projects where ERP and data integration are core. Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials for internal users. Required Experience & Skills 10+ years of experience in IT systems administration, ERP development, or a related field. Extensive hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI)/Syteline. In-depth knowledge of the Infor CSI architecture, including IDOs, Mongoose framework, workflows, and events. Strong SQL/T-SQL skills and expertise with relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server preferred). Proven experience designing Power BI dashboards, data models, and visualizations following best practices. Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.
