Role + Responsibilities:
β’ Develop deep knowledge of each client's business and available data to ensure campaign solutions meet client's marketing objectives
β’ Translate business and technical requirements provided by marketing strategists and campaign specialists into detailed solutions for cross-channel campaign execution across marketing automation, journey orchestration, CDP, loyalty and offer management platforms
β’ Support in-platform development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across channels (email, SMS, push, in-app, etc)
β’ Serve as day-to-day technical platform SME to internal and client teams to support platform troubleshooting, training and knowledge share
β’ Support Platform Architects, as required, with platform configuration, development and optimization tasks and in enforcing best practices
β’ Provide campaign QA, testing and deployment support to other developers, campaign specialists and QA resources
β’ Work closely with project management team to manage workflow and deadlines across multiple, simultaneous campaign projects and change controls
β’ Provide support to senior team members throughout project estimation and platform discovery engagements, as needed
β’ Provide support to internal execution services team for ongoing campaign platform, workflow and template optimizations, as needed
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, a related business or technology field, or equivalent work experience required
β’ 3 to 5+ years of experience in a Software Development role working with data driven applications
β’ Minimum of 2 years working with Iterable.
β’ Iterable certification preferred
β’ Experienced data modeler in relational database systems
β’ Experienced writing SQL queries for Select/Insert/Update/Delete, including knowledge of multi-table joins and outer joins
β’ Experienced with JavaScript, JSON and XML
β’ Experience or familiarity with HTML, MJML, CSS and responsive email coding a plus (but not required)
β’ Agency experience preferred, with experience in a client-facing role and knowledge of overall agency structures and agile project management methodologies
β’ Excellent oral and written communication skills
β’ Familiarity with other industry-leading campaign orchestration platforms a plus (such as Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Marketo or similar
