Our client, a leading organization in the telecommunications and enterprise technology sector, is seeking a Communications Systems Developer to join their team. As a Communications Systems Developer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the Voice and Real-Time Communications team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Communications Systems Developer - Java Location: Charlotte, NC/ Kennesaw, GA/ Jacksonville, FL (3 days onsite every week) need local candidates only What's the Job? • Design and develop applications for Real-Time Communications systems, including automated provisioning tools and customer-facing productivity applications. • Create detailed technical designs and ensure seamless integration across multiple voice technologies such as Trader Voice, enterprise voice, mobile, and contact center solutions. • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support the development and deployment of voice recording and communication solutions. • Maintain and enforce security standards, ensuring platform stability and operational excellence. • Support troubleshooting, documentation, and user assistance to enhance system performance and user experience. What's Needed? • At least 6-8 years of experience in the financial or technology industry, with a strong background in software development. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or information systems. • Proficiency in JavaScript, Java/J2EE, Node.js, Spring framework, SQL, and RESTful API development. • Experience with enterprise-level applications, middleware, distributed systems, multithreading, and high-availability design. • Specific knowledge of Unified Communications Platforms, Middleware communication platforms, and microservices architecture.
