Job Title: Java Spring Boot Microservices Developer\_only on W2
Location: Minneapolis, MN,Dallas, Brookfield, Columbia (Only local)
Key Responsibilities
β’ Design, develop, and deploy scalable microservices using the Spring Boot framework.
β’ Utilize event-driven design patterns and technologies such as Apache Kafka.
β’ Interconnect microservices with relational and non-relational databases.
β’ Analyze and resolve user issues, collaborating with team members to perform system reviews and troubleshooting.
β’ Ensure high-quality code through unit and integration testing.
β’ Identify and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks.
β’ Adhere to the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
β’ Produce clear and comprehensive documentation for each microservice.
β’ Share knowledge and mentor team members.
β’ Coordinate effectively with offshore development teams.
β’ Demonstrate strong programming skills using JSON, XML, XSLT, PL/SQL in Unix and Windows environments.
Required Skills & Experience
β’ Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot, including components such as Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring REST, Spring HATEOAS, and Spring for Apache Kafka.
β’ Experience with JPA Criteria Query and API technologies like RESTful Web Services.
β’ Familiarity with software development tools and patterns: Git, Swagger, PCF, RabbitMQ.
β’ Strong background in writing unit tests using JUnit, Mockito, or PowerMock.
β’ Knowledge of markup languages such as JSON and YAML.
β’ Experience with quality and security scan tools like SonarQube, Fortify, and WebInspect.
β’ Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
β’ Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
