Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 7+ years of hands-on Java development experience, including 2+ years in a technical leadership role. • Proficient in Java 8/11/17+, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security), RESTful APIs, and Microservices architecture. • Experience with build tools and frameworks like Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, and Git. • Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL). • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
