Job Title: Java Tech Lead/Developer
Location: Hopkins, MN - Onsite (Locals Only)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Experience: 15+ Years
GC/USC only - No H1B, CPT, OPT
Job Description:
• At least 5 years of experience leading teams.
• Strong Java experience, Java EE, Jakarta, and Java 17 or 21.
• Strong experience with microservices, development, monitoring, and deployment.
• Ability to identify tech debt and handle it properly during work estimation and planning.
• Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, and OpenShift Cloud Platform.
• Experience in code reviewing, peer programming, clean coding, and best practices.
• Experience in core bank applications, such as Hogan, based on the COBOL language, is a plus.
• Experience with Diebold Nixdorf Banking Solution products like Transaction Manager is a plus.
• Experience in electronic payments processing, ISO 8583, and ISO 20022 is a plus.
