About the role: IT-Services-Marketplace builds, maintains, and enhances software services that support the enrollment billing, and payment activities of the Marketplace insurance product. Even new team members are expected to be self-starters capable of managing a steep learning curve with supportive correction and minimal direction. Key projects for this role will be upgrading most of the code base from Python version 3.8 to 3.12 or higher. Education/Experience: A Bachelors degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and requires 0 – 2 years of related experience. Team member may be asked to give regular demos of work they are doing to receive feedback or give feedback on other member’s demos. Team member will be responsible for estimating work effort and executing against estimate while providing updates on blockers or obstacles as they arise.
