Jr. MDM Stibo STEP Data Analyst - Remote Contract with PTO and Health Benefits!

Job Title: Junior Stibo STEP Data Analyst Contract Type: till the end of the year with possible extension or conversion to FTE Location: Remote, anywhere in US (Eastern and Central Time zones preferred) Working Hours: 40hrs/week, M-F 8-5 (flex start) ET or CT time zone Pay Rate: Depending on Experience This Contract role comes with Enhanced Health Benefits, 2 weeks PTO and Paid Holidays Zero Travel We are looking for a Jr. Data Analyst with some Stibo STEP experience to join our team for ongoing Stibo STEP solution implementation. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strong MDM expertise, offering the opportunity to guide system strategies, mentor a team, and drive data governance excellence. Key Responsibilities: Support implementation and enhancement of the Stibo STEP system, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Stibo technical support as needed. Assist more experienced Stibo Step Analysts in validating data for system configurations. Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and implement system changes aligned with organizational goals. Follow best practices for data governance, data modeling, and data quality assurance. Stay informed about Stibo STEP updates and industry trends, proposing and implementing system optimizations. Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures. Participate in data integration initiatives, ensuring seamless interaction with other platforms and tools. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (certifications in data management are a plus). 1+ years of MDM experience Some experience with Stibo STEP data validation, including data modeling, attribute management, and workflows. Strong Excel skills Understanding of data governance, quality, MDM, ETL and data management principles. in SQL, relational databases, and data querying/manipulation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications: Experience with web technologies (HTML, XML) and data exchange formats (CSV, JSON). Experience implementing Customer and Product MDM. Knowledge of data integration tools and e-commerce or retail industries. Familiarity with other data management platforms or tools. Why Join Us?
