We are hiring Junior, Mid-Senior, and Senior Scientific Data / Knowledge Engineers to support metadata harmonization, ontology management, and scientific data interoperability initiatives.
Key Skills:
• Metadata Harmonization & Data Curation
• Ontology Alignment & Entity Normalization
• Knowledge Graphs & Semantic Technologies (RDF, SPARQL, OWL, SHACL, LinkML)
• Python, SQL, Scala, API/ETL Development
• GCP, BigQuery, GCS & Data Engineering
• Tools: Protégé, Apache Jena, GitHub/GitLab, Jira/Confluence, EDG
You will work closely with Product Managers and R&D experts to transform complex scientific data into scalable, interoperable data products and knowledge assets.
