Kofax Imaging Developer

Job Title: Kofax Imaging Developer Location: 223 Courtland Street, Atlanta, GA 30303 Work Type: Onsite – Web Cam or In-Person Interview Required Note: Only local Metro Atlanta candidates will be considered. We are seeking a highly experienced Kofax Imaging Developer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise-grade imaging, scanning, and faxing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in document and content management systems and the ability to deliver scalable and compliant imaging systems. This is an onsite role based in downtown Atlanta. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop imaging solutions and major enhancements to scanning and faxing systems. • Develop custom workflows, export connectors, and automation scripts using C#.NET, Java, and CM APIs. • Implement and maintain enterprise-scale capture solutions using Kofax Capture, KTM, and KTA. • Design and build workflow solutions using both client/server and web-based architectures (.NET/Java). • Integrate imaging applications with backend IBM EE Content Management and OpenText/RightFax systems. • Automate document classification and data extraction from structured, semi-structured, and unstructured documents. • Implement OCR/ICR, barcode recognition, and image preprocessing techniques. • Design and support web services (REST, SOAP), secure APIs, and responsive front-end interfaces (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery). • Conduct system capacity planning, installations, patching, and scanner configuration (Fujitsu, NextScan). • Document functional and technical specifications to support application upgrades and ongoing maintenance. • Ensure compliance with data security standards and regulatory guidelines. Required Qualifications: • 8+ years of experience in Document Management, ECM, Records Management, and Workflow Automation. • Expertise with Kofax Capture 11, KTM 6.x, KCIC, KCNS, and Kofax Total Agility (KTA). • Strong knowledge of IBM EE Content Management Systems and OpenText RightFax. • Hands-on experience with VB.NET, C#.NET, ASP.NET, .NET Core, WinForms, WPF, WCF, Entity Framework. • Proficient in MS SQL Server, DB2, and PostgreSQL. • Scripting expertise: VBScript, JavaScript, SBL, WinWrap Basic. • Solid understanding of OCR/ICR, barcode technologies, and machine learning-based classification. • Proven ability to build applications that integrate with cloud-based vendor systems. • Experience developing IBM Navigator EDS services and templates. • Skilled in developing modern UI/UX using HTML5, CSS3, Ajax, and JavaScript frameworks. • Comfortable managing document migration, service pack installations, and production scanner configurations. • Knowledge of enterprise compliance, governance, and secure data practices. Certifications (Required): • Kofax Capture 11 Certification • Kofax Transformation Modules 6.x • Kofax Total Agility • CIP (Certified Information Professional) – Must upload certification • Experience with AWS Cloud Services – Hands-on required • Experience with PostgreSQL
