Role description
Job Title: Kofax Imaging Developer Location: 223 Courtland Street, Atlanta, GA 30303 Work Type: Onsite – Web Cam or In-Person Interview Required Note: Only local Metro Atlanta candidates will be considered. We are seeking a highly experienced Kofax Imaging Developer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise-grade imaging, scanning, and faxing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in document and content management systems and the ability to deliver scalable and compliant imaging systems. This is an onsite role based in downtown Atlanta. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Design and develop imaging solutions and major enhancements to scanning and faxing systems. β€’ Develop custom workflows, export connectors, and automation scripts using C#.NET, Java, and CM APIs. β€’ Implement and maintain enterprise-scale capture solutions using Kofax Capture, KTM, and KTA. β€’ Design and build workflow solutions using both client/server and web-based architectures (.NET/Java). β€’ Integrate imaging applications with backend IBM EE Content Management and OpenText/RightFax systems. β€’ Automate document classification and data extraction from structured, semi-structured, and unstructured documents. β€’ Implement OCR/ICR, barcode recognition, and image preprocessing techniques. β€’ Design and support web services (REST, SOAP), secure APIs, and responsive front-end interfaces (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery). β€’ Conduct system capacity planning, installations, patching, and scanner configuration (Fujitsu, NextScan). β€’ Document functional and technical specifications to support application upgrades and ongoing maintenance. β€’ Ensure compliance with data security standards and regulatory guidelines. Required Qualifications: β€’ 8+ years of experience in Document Management, ECM, Records Management, and Workflow Automation. β€’ Expertise with Kofax Capture 11, KTM 6.x, KCIC, KCNS, and Kofax Total Agility (KTA). β€’ Strong knowledge of IBM EE Content Management Systems and OpenText RightFax. β€’ Hands-on experience with VB.NET, C#.NET, ASP.NET, .NET Core, WinForms, WPF, WCF, Entity Framework. β€’ Proficient in MS SQL Server, DB2, and PostgreSQL. β€’ Scripting expertise: VBScript, JavaScript, SBL, WinWrap Basic. β€’ Solid understanding of OCR/ICR, barcode technologies, and machine learning-based classification. β€’ Proven ability to build applications that integrate with cloud-based vendor systems. β€’ Experience developing IBM Navigator EDS services and templates. β€’ Skilled in developing modern UI/UX using HTML5, CSS3, Ajax, and JavaScript frameworks. β€’ Comfortable managing document migration, service pack installations, and production scanner configurations. β€’ Knowledge of enterprise compliance, governance, and secure data practices. Certifications (Required): β€’ Kofax Capture 11 Certification β€’ Kofax Transformation Modules 6.x β€’ Kofax Total Agility β€’ CIP (Certified Information Professional) – Must upload certification β€’ Experience with AWS Cloud Services – Hands-on required β€’ Experience with PostgreSQL
