Our client is seeking an experienced Kofax Imaging Developer to join their team in designing and developing advanced imaging and document capture solutions. This role involves hands-on work with Kofax platforms, ECM systems, and related technologies in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

β’ Work Arrangement: (Hybrid | 1β2 Days/Week Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Design, develop, and implement imaging solutions and system enhancements.
β’ Lead the development and administration of Kofax Capture (9.x, 10.x), KTM (5.x, 6.x), and TotalAgility.
β’ Provide technical leadership and function as the Kofax subject matter expert.
β’ Administer imaging environments, content management systems (e.g., IBM CM), and RightFax servers.
β’ Automate data/document extraction using OCR, ICR, OMR, and 1D/2D barcode recognition engines.
β’ Design and size Kofax servers and infrastructure for high-volume faxing and scanning systems.
β’ Analyze, design, and develop solutions using VB.NET, C#.NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, DB2, Oracle, and web services.
β’ Support and upgrade Document Capture Systems, SSRS Reporting Servers, and other integrated backend systems.
β’ Develop custom export connectors in C++ and Java to integrate with enterprise content systems.
β’ Install, configure, and maintain application servers, applying patches and service packs as required.
β’ Provide training and support to end users and indexing/validation teams.
Required Experience & Skills:
β’ 5+ years of hands-on experience in Kofax imaging solution development and administration.
β’ 5+ years of experience with content management integrations, including IBM Content Manager.
β’ Strong development background in VB.NET, C#.NET, JavaScript, SQL, and scripting languages.
β’ Experience with web development in ASP.NET, IIS, and integration with ECM systems.
β’ Proficient in developing OCR/ICR/OMR-based solutions and barcode recognition workflows.
β’ Experience with SSRS, RightFax, and server-side reporting tools.
β’ Ability to design and optimize server infrastructure for performance and scalability.
β’ Excellent communication skills and a track record of providing customer-facing technical leadership.
β’ Experience developing and delivering user training and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
β’ Experience in developing middleware or custom modules for enterprise applications.
β’ Prior experience in government or large enterprise environments is a plus.
