About the Role We are seeking an experienced Lead Ab Initio Engineer to design, develop, and lead complex data integration and ETL solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience and deep expertise in Ab Initio, data processing, and enterprise data architecture. Responsibilities • Lead design and development of Ab Initio ETL solutions • Architect scalable and high-performance data pipelines • Guide and mentor junior developers and team members • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders • Perform code reviews and ensure best practices • Troubleshoot and optimize existing ETL workflows • Manage end-to-end data integration lifecycle Qualifications • 10+ years of IT experience with strong Ab Initio expertise • Hands-on experience with GDE (Graphical Development Environment) • Strong knowledge of ETL, data warehousing, and data integration • Experience with Unix/Linux scripting • Strong SQL and database knowledge (Oracle, Teradata, etc.) • Experience in performance tuning and optimization • Excellent leadership and communication skills Required Skills • 10+ years of IT experience with strong Ab Initio expertise • Hands-on experience with GDE (Graphical Development Environment) • Strong knowledge of ETL, data warehousing, and data integration • Experience with Unix/Linux scripting • Strong SQL and database knowledge (Oracle, Teradata, etc.) • Experience in performance tuning and optimization • Excellent leadership and communication skills Preferred Skills • Experience in Banking/Financial domain • Knowledge of scheduling tools (Autosys, Control-M) • Exposure to cloud/data modernization is a plus Pay range and compensation package Local Candidates Only Equal Opportunity Statement We are committed to diversity and inclusivity.
